camp speers

i really hope we really did have to do this bcuz i hate extra work :P plus id feel like a total idiot...lol so here we go...
we went to camp speers
it was fun
woooooooohooo
i am terrible @ archery
i shot the fence, the thing that holds the target, and the woods among other things.
here is what i learned

i learned about the pitcher plant. its a carniverous plant, like the venus fly trap, that gets its name from being shaped like (youll never guess) a pitcher.

i learned that in a bog things cannot decompose

to tie on to that we also learned about the bog man which is very very creepy D: the story is that they were taking out the bog so they cut down all the trees and people would bring home fire wood from there and some guy found a human hand in his (aaah!) and then they discovered the monk (cuz like i sed nothing can decompose) and they found out that he haqd been clubbed on the head and had eaten holly (poisonous!) and had probably been part of some sacrifice or sumtin. and he had everything but his bones because the bog like eats calcium or something....creepy

i learned how to make a good fire (allow lots of oxygen)

and how to make a good shelter with stuff in the woods. EI: wood and leaves. no duh

well, now that i have shared with you my wealth of knowledge, i am going to leave you...plz, dont cry (-_-) ;)
